I have been to traditional dermatologists and have failed their treatments. Do you have anything that I haven’t already tried?

We specialize in difficult, treatment-resistant acne. We often find that highly-motivated, highly-educated patients are not using optimal treatment for their skin. Schedule an appointment with the experts and you will be surprised how much more can be done.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring your insurance card, photo ID and completed intake forms. Also, please bring products that you are currently using to treat your acne, including any prescription medication.

Do you accept insurance?

Does insurance cover this?

Some of the services and treatments we provide are billable to your medical insurance. You may be responsible for co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and fees for non-covered services.

I think I need isotretinoin (Accutane). Do you prescribe that?

Bellevue Acne Clinic is a registered to prescribe Accutane. Although isotretinoin is always available as an option, it has significant adverse effects. We prefer using less serious interventions.

Do I need to take my make-up off for my first appointment?

Yes. We have makeup remover available in the office.

Why isn’t my insurance listed?

We constantly evaluate our insurance carriers. Please check back. If you are interested in a self-pay rate, call our intake coordinators at 425-835-3394 ext 7.
