Our Nurse Practitioners are in-network providers with many insurance carriers. Office Visits are covered under medical insurance. You may be responsible for copays, deductibles, co-insurance and fees for non-covered services and products. We are able to provide a good estimate of your out-of-pocket costs with many of our in-network insurance partners.

SELF PAY: If you have no insurance, or out-of-network insurance, we can help you! When you call our intake coordinator to schedule your new patient appointment please indicate that you are “self-pay.” Come in for an initial exam soon!

While participating in a Bellevue Acne Clinic Treatment Plan, all refills of prescription medication and cleansers are included in your plan. Just call our clinic for a refill and we can ship it to your home address. Patients not participating in the treatment plans, need to call our clinic or send a refill request from your pharmacy. Prescription refills may take up to 2 business days. We generally do not authorize refills without an appointment.
