We pride ourselves on our ability to see you quickly. Our typical wait times for new patients are much lower than average in Puget Sound. To schedule a new patient appointment, please call us today at 425-835-3394 EXT 7. You may be asked to leave a message, we will respond as soon as possible.

INTAKE FORMS ARE AVAILABLE HERE. They will also be emailed to you two days prior to your appointment. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment, with your paperwork completed.

BOOK ONLINE! Online appointment scheduling is available 24 hours a day. Alternatively, you may schedule appointments by calling our main number 425-835-3394 EXT 1.

Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments may be cancelled by phone or online. Please understand that we do not overbook our schedule, and we run 95% on time. If you arrive late, it can have a significant and cascading effect on our schedule. A $75 fee may be charged if you: Cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, do not show up for your appointment.
